RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Outerwear and accessories are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are initiated only after quality inspection of returned items.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Refund timelines depend on payment mode and bank processing duration.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Standard delivery timeline is 3–7 business days depending on the location.
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
- Free shipping may apply for orders above specific purchase values.
